Usage & Main Features

Designed for producing elbow, equal tee, equal cross,45° /60° Y tee, long collar fittings and other combined fittings.

All-in-one built in system.

Hydraulic controlled PTFE coated heating plate, with shield stand.

Electric trimmer with safety switch enable it to be started only when it is located in the operation position.

Digital pressure manometer can apply accurate welding pressure.

Independent twin channel timer, it can record the time for heating and cooling, and give an alarm when finish.

Compact control box with timer, digital pressure meter,regulation valve and so on.

Linear guide way is designed for the heating plate and trimmer.

Standard machine includes:

basic frame ( including: heating plate, planing tool, and hydraulic system), elbow clamps, tee clamps, cross clamps and operation box;Optional parts:

Special clamps for welding flange stub, Special clamps for welding Y shape fittings.
